2. Purchaser Representations and Warranties

3. Prohibited Uses

Under no circumstances may DC ChemTech LLC products be used for:

• Diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
• Clinical testing involving humans or animals.
• Food, beverage, cosmetic, or dietary supplement applications.
• Any unlawful purpose.
• Any resale or distribution.
• Use by or sale to individuals under 21 years of age.

4. Certificates of Analysis

DC ChemTech LLC provides Certificates of Analysis (COA) confirming HPLC-verified purity ≥99% for all products. COAs are available upon request by emailing [email protected] with your order number.

5. Internal Compliance

DC ChemTech LLC maintains policies and procedures designed to promote consistent compliance with applicable laws, regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Purchasers are responsible for following all applicable safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and storing compounds under recommended conditions as specified on product documentation.

7. Regulatory Compliance

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. DC ChemTech LLC makes no representations regarding the legality of these compounds in any specific location outside the United States.

8. Purchaser Responsibility

Purchasers assume full responsibility for the lawful purchase, possession, storage, handling, transportation, use, and disposal of all products obtained from DC ChemTech LLC.

9. Indemnification

By purchasing from DC ChemTech LLC, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DC ChemTech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or misuse of purchased products.

10. Order Review and Policy Enforcement

DC ChemTech LLC reserves the right to review, limit, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion if an order appears inconsistent with lawful laboratory research activities or presents potential compliance concerns. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and DC ChemTech LLC may report such violations to relevant authorities.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
