DC ChemTech LLC ships from domestic USA stock to all 50 US states. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature and are stable during transit. Cold packs are available upon request for an additional charge.
A tracking number will be emailed to the address on file once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
DC ChemTech LLC does not currently ship internationally. All orders must ship to a valid US address.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. DC ChemTech LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order has been processed.
Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. DC ChemTech LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
